The Dress

For the longest time I wanted to wear my mother's wedding dress.
Of course that did not last very long.



Picking out my dress was fairly easy.

I knew I wanted something
plain and simple;
classy and elegant;
modest and beautiful...
and that is exactly what I got.

Took my mother

The Tux

My vision:
Black pants, white jacket with tail, white shirt, white vest, & black bow tie.

Problem?
Logan will not wear a white jacket.

Fact of Life:

You do not really get to pick the date of the wedding... you pick the place, and the place picks the date... and the world goes 'round.

The Opera House... Not availiable because of First Night.

The Art Museum... Already booked.

The Villa Gardens... The wedding planner failed to keep the appointment & lost our business.

The Dixie State College Alumni House... Reasonably priced ($850), yet small. Worth paying for?

The Bell Towers... $2,000 for the place, decorations, food & DJ.

Now the decision is to have an amazing & expensive reception or splurge on the honeymoon?

Jamaica here we come!

The sooner the better.
It's the beginning of winter break, thus a holiday honeymoon.
Negatives? Biology final at 7:30AM morning of my wedding... Nothing we cannot handle.
